During the session, we will guide you step by step in the preparation of three emblematic dishes from our cuisine, ideal to enjoy and share with others:
- Mousse of escalivada with anchovies: a soft and creative reinterpretation of the traditional escalivada with anchovies.
- Fricandó: one of the great classics of Catalan cuisine, a rich and flavorful traditional stew.
- Crema catalana: the most iconic dessert of our gastronomy, with its creamy texture and characteristic caramelized sugar crust.
This is a 2-hour workshop designed to learn, enjoy, and connect with authentic Catalan cuisine in a warm, friendly, and flavorful atmosphere. You will also be able to cook the dishes yourself, taste everything afterwards, and enjoy a drink included.
